Nah, returns were pretty straightforward for me. Had to send back a romper that was too big and they processed it fairly quickly. Just follow the instructions on their site.

I returned a dress once. You just gotta make sure it's unused and still has tags. I think you have like 7 days or something? Don't quote me on that, but it wasn't a hassle at all.

Klingaru definitely feels more 'premium' for ethnic stuff. The cotton quality is amazing and the designs are really unique, especially the handblock ones. FirstCry is good for basics and variety, but Klingaru is a step up for traditional wear.
